Hannah Milward is an integrative health practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in health and wellbeing. She has been a Nurse for more than ten years, and in that time has worked in occupational and community health, developed safety technology, studied NLP, Hypnotherapy, Pain Management, Compassionate Inquiry (as taught by Gabor Mate), many modalities in bodywork and movement therapies.

Gary has a bachelor's degree in psychology and computer science, a post graduate qualification in management and marketing and has completed his NLP Masters. He is a qualified Hypnotherapist, management trainer and accredited Mental Health First Aid instructor.
"To date, I have seen hundreds of clients in a private capacity for counselling, therapy and coaching.
I have also worked with multiple organizations and teams with coaching and training.
On the corporate business side, I have worked extensively in sales, marketing, IT and management and have been on senior leadership teams of a number of large organizations before ending up in a government role working within sustainability and efficiency.
I currently work as a behavior change specialist, leadership trainer, business consultant and mentor, persuasive communication, life and thinking coach."
